Here is what a Prep Day consists of: Wakeup – 7:30am – Pills EFA, Vitamin, Metabolizer. I am almost done with day 1 of the prep phase. I stuck to the rules to a T. I had my eggs, protein, and raw greens. I do miss my diet dr. Pepper. I had over 100 ounces of water today. That's 100 ounces more than normal. I did have to use the potty a million times today however.
